About Us

Regional Opportunities Australia Ltd (ROA) was founded in 2019 with a commitment to bridging the gap between migration and regional development in Australia. We believe that everyone deserves the opportunity to build a secure, dignified life, regardless of their background. Our team brings together decades of experience in refugee settlement, workforce planning, and multicultural inclusion. We collaborate with employers, government agencies, and local communities to create sustainable pathways to employment, housing, and cultural belonging. Our programs are participant-focused, and we work closely with each individual and family to ensure their journey into regional life is both smooth and successful. Our ultimate goal is to contribute to vibrant, inclusive regional communities enriched by diversity and shared opportunity.

Our mission is to connect migrants and refugees with real opportunities in regional communities across Australia—enabling stable employment, cultural integration, and long-term community contribution.

Job Readiness Programs

Tailored support to enhance skills and prepare migrants for employment in regional Australia.
